      Pros

      Transparent and quick management direction.

      Cons

      IT dept was too conservative ( I was forced to use Office 2003 until 2011, because they thought Office 2007 is too new. So as Windows XP till 2012.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
