      The base salary is good, the stock options too. If you're lucky enough to work in a former VMware product, you'd most likely work in friendly environment surrounded by professionals

      No work from home. Strictly enforced.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
