      Pros

      Salary and RSUs are competitive. Stock price going up.

      Cons

      No immigration support. PERM, i140, H1b renewal, H1b lottery were all paused. No promotion, no innovation anymore. Benefits are all gone.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
