      Not many - except money traded for slavery.. pray to get good manager

      Cons

      No flexibility No paid parental leave / no good support for new parents HR says - plz work as per state policy of fmla, not a day extra

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
