Cons
The only downside to working at HMRC was the redeployment to CSG from CCG. The work as CSG involved working as part of Personal Tax Operations. The managers were unfriendly and hardly any training was given. Constantly micro managed, had to write down your daily screen time (breaks from screen etc). Awful experience. No room for career advancement
