Lot of Work no recognition - Assistant Center Director C2 Education Employee Review

I worked so hard to achieve goals but i had to do three people's jobs and felt overworked to no real appreciation or real compensation. Constantly told there would be new opportunities that never came. Even when told I wouldn't need to teach when with another center was still forced back into that role where I was happy to do but then the center director would take off without much notice for many days in a row outside of vacations and I'd be looked to as to why we weren't hitting budget when it wasn't my role.
