Pros
General conditions are great (meals, car, computing, physical location, benefits, etc.) Very friendly and professional staff Lots of resources of education internally to develop and advance your skills Flexible working hours, with ability to manage your time most of the time, and create healthy work-life balance Global thinking of culture, and some actions are played to tackle the company's culture (Teamwork, respect for people, etc.)
Cons
Not lots of progress options within the company Inability to influence from low positions Tactical responses with lack of strategic planning Working with large number of customers can be tiring Incentive plays a big part in the day-to-day job, and when measurement is by the hours (like in the professional services team) this can hurt the job (for example: less teamwork, stalled projects, etc)
