Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.

Great people at the individual contributer level.

CDW used to be a great place to work with lots of folks staying on decades. That has all changed under current leadership. They have ruined this organization and it has become an awful place to work where layoffs are a regular occurrence. You're asked to work more to cover the losses, then eventually laid off yourself. Leadership is laying off good, loyal people and offshoring their jobs to India as quickly. Their first chance, they will cut you without warning, while promising your job is safe and give you minimal severance.
