Pros
There are no pros at this time except for my fellow line workers that watch each others backs, due to crooked supervisors blaming us for their mistakes.
Cons
No true leadership from management. Constantly being reactive, instead of proactive. Supervisors are rejects from other companies and have very little to no product knowledge although they act like they're engineers and know everything. A really terrible place to work due to the plant management team being absolute idiots.
