There are few positives, benefits are fine
Cons
No replacement for anyone who leaves or retire. Way understaffed. They don't spend money on employee improvement or training. No salary increase for the last 10 years. Bonus decision is in the hand of some elite people; at the end, the really working people may end up with just crumbs. No motivation by any means or employee appreciation.
