Pros
The environment within the department is great. Managers are very willing to work with you to accommodate personal needs. Very family friendly environment. Lots of training opportunities.
Cons
The large corporate environment is not nearly as friendly to the employees. They give off the general feeling that everyone working there is just a number and easily replaced. At the end of the day your job performance doesn't really matter to anyone but yourself and your direct manager.
