Cons
This is one of the worst run companies. Poor communication, no strategic direction or vision, raises - forget about it, high turnover, no employee development or career management concept. A couple of years ago there were no annual performance reviews. Now they are using outdated 9-box rating system. HR is the worst, and the CEO is getting salary for doing nothing. Everything is done by Sergio Marchione who is running the whole Fiat and Chrysler. Fiat is sucking it dry, using CNH as a cash cow with no investment in the company infrastructure. Management is now obsessed with cost reduction, in the process work environment has become totally unbearable. The place is a classic FUBAR
