Not even so much as a cost of living adjustment. - No engineering development program - employees fall through the cracks. - If Management isn't constantly chasing its own tale and updating spreadsheets, they're micromanaging their subordinates instead of empowering them to do their jobs. - Management thinks that backfilling positions means you volun-tell someone that they will take on more responsibility without promise of compensation. what world do you live in?
