      Managers are kind and reasonable about expectations - things seem crazy at the time, but easy in hindsight. Managers really care about my career, not just the company. No blaming, no crazy competitions, interesting projects, and never a dull moment

      Cons

      Ridiculous hours around deadlines. Team feels very understaffed. Skating the edge of delivering something with a serious bug.
