We are working very hard on collaboration as we know the value that it brings to everyone personally, professionally, and as members of a team. In the past, our global footprint and internal structure have gotten in the way of effective collaboration; we know that and for that reason, our culture is shifting into communities without borders. This year will prove a big shift in our culture as to how we operate, reward, recognize, and collaborate across our 1000-person global firm.
