- Great people who create a fun and relaxed working environment - Tonnes of flexibility with most managers not hounding you to know your every move - as long as the work is done - Good opportunities to work with technology and digital experts - Very good bonuses for a consultancy at around 10% for average rating - far better than Big4
Cons
- Vast majority of work is not true project work - with most opportunities in resource augmentation, thereby limiting opportunities to learn from other - Promotion pay rises are a joke - do not expect much more a 10% raise, which is a poor talent retention strategy for ambitious people - The most capable people tend to look for an exit after year 2 -
