Pros

A good on boarding program for new hires straight out of school (not so much for lateral hires). Good training facility in France. Bright consultants who care about their work and their teams. Nice collaborative culture depending on your office. You learn lot of good core consulting skills in your first years ... provided you can get staffed ... and depends on your project manager. You can learn a lot if you look for opportunities and people get to know you.

Cons

Inconsistent culture between offices. Favoritism from VPs. Though they say there are clear guidelines for raises and promotions, they are ambiguous and not consistent - lot is based on favoritism. VPs will sell anything just to get the work even if there are no people qualified to deliver ... and then the consultants suffer from under-resourced projects. A lot of mediocre managers and senior leaders - causes people to leave. Not a lot of diversity.

Pros

Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

Cons

Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
