Pros
People are very nice and enjoyable to work with A lot of work socials, at least once per month Hybrid work layout but not strict to contract, so you're not forced to come in if there is no need or ask Learning and development is heavily promoted, a ton of credentials can be achieved Great promotion structure and job role levels, other consultancies have large jumps in roles which mean you can wait years for significant salary rises, however, capgemini has much more defined job roles which make it easier to grow and develop whilst being rewarded financially for it Work life balance is a lot better in contrast to other Management Consultancies
Cons
Pay is not as high as competitors but the pay isn't low either.
