Pros
The employees and culture is fun, laid-back, and modern. The benefits and compensation is livable - though nothing to strive for. All in all, it's comfortable. There's no huge reason to stay for an extended period of time, but there hasn't yet been a convincing enough reason to go.
Cons
Raises are based on company performance, not individual effort... so there's very little motivation to really excel. You can do the bare minimum, and you'll still be "rewarded" as abysmally as the next person. With that, raises are insulting. They claim there's a ton of room for advancement, but the only thing that advances are the amount of responsibility you're expected to take on. There's no promotion. There's no title change. "Advancement" is doing more for the same compensation.
