After 6 month’s probation staff discount on fragrance and beauty , if available.
Cons
Toxic , bullying staff on counter which when flagged is turned against you. Zero support from Management. Unfair rotas , favouritism for aging senior staff. Staff abusing policies and procedures is overlooked. Unfair holiday allocation. Probably the worse job I’ve ever done.
