      Flexibility, « easy Job », do not require real set of skills

      Cons

      Management not skilled, not knowledgeable and taking all credits for your work. No progression unless you are friends with specific people. Do not care about « the people ». Promotes not skilled people because salaries are miserable, very stingy.
