good warehouse layout easy to pick walking zigzag to pick orders easy going like walking and lifting only up to 20 kgs below not repeatedly
Cons
begginers for picking get pressured and you are given tasks that cant be accomplish in first week orders coming from hospital staffs are not consistent and updated so you tend to rush things up when sending late orders
