      Pros

      Pays better than other studios, They do not promote overtime, there are a lot of events for the employees in the office

      Cons

      working hours are long because of the 1h mandatory lunch break so you start at 9 and finish at 6pm which becomes tiring for sitting so long in front of a computer

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
