      alot of very nice, tallented and intelligent people to work with.

      Cons

      no preformance reviews in two years. no rase in two years. lack of focus on getting compainy proftable and productive, , though reprocesses investment and retention of tallent and institutional knowage.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
