Pros

Good pay is the only benefit so far. You only get 1% salary increment per year. They claim its a blanket increase pay but other colleagues doing the same job get more.

Cons

no company sick pay, very little flexibility depending on who you are and if you are liked. discretion pay means if you are liked. A lot of staff could genuinely do with extra support finically when they are unable to work i.e. due to sickness or bereavement. makes you feel like you are just a number

Pros

Company provides great benefits such as medical, retirement, and paid time off. (Based on years of experience)

Cons

Unfortunately, the company does not provide growth opportunity or promotion. Very flat environment. Poor ethics and professionalism. Systems are antiquated.
