      CTO is doing his best to bring in good people, replacing bad, old apples, and trying to get us access to latest AI tools (Gemini, GPT, Anthropic, MS365 Copilot, etc.)

      Cons

      Never=ending re-orgs, great people leave for more stable places, constant fear of getting fired. That's the ONLY constant around here - will this be your last salary slip or not?

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
