Stay Away - Anonymous employee Citi Employee Review

Work environment is quite stressful. There is a lot of pressure from middle management around AI initiatives, often without enough clarity or support. In some cases, communication from managers has been unprofessional, including inappropriate language on team calls, which affects morale.( At least in my organization this is what I am seeing)
