      The ability to career path and learn many aspects of the industry. The mission and values have meaning and can benefit you if you own them.

      Cons

      The pay structure for internal transfers is not competitive. If you are qualified for the job you should be paid accordingly.

      Pros

      Great Benefits and colleagues, but poor management here. Some managers are decent, but expectations are extremely high for a very low base pay. Very little to no room for advancement within the company unless management favors you. Metrics and monthly sales quotas are highly stressed, but they do nothing for you in regard to moving up in the company.
