      Access to great talent. Exposure to a wide range of financial products. Top player in the field.

      Cons

      High beaurocracy. Hard to get your voice heard and difficult to get promoted unless you know the right people in senior management.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
