      Great work/life balance, ability to work from home multiple days Skip level meetings are encouraged Voice can be heard

      Red Tape Highly bureaucratic Important depts such as IT is too decentralized (to fix PC issues, expect a week wait time for results) Process Improvement takes way too long Pay increases are minimal to non-existent

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
