      Management not listening as usual, poor and aggressive people skills, high stress levels, bonuses in the hundreds, bullying...long hours zero prospects unless your manager likes you.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
