      Good opportunity for advancement up to middle management level, above manager level, politics and being a member of the right political party becomes more important than skill or experience.

      Cons

      Very political environment. Some of the Senior Management team have primitive people skills

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
