Pros
Large company. Many opportunities to move around. Flexible work schedule- could be bad for you depends.. see cons below. A well known brand- good to have on your resume.
Cons
Currently not in a good place financially, so this will reflect on your pay, bonuses, and overall job satisfaction. hardly any work and life balance, esp. if you are in IT area. Flexible work schedule also means that you are expected to work from home if you can't get things done in the 9-10 hrs you spent in the office. Forget about asking for more resources in this economy.
