      Did not see any thing positive..

      Cons

      The desktop VDI is too slow. Tech stack is very old and not good for career. Work is sporadic and no model is followed like agile.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
