      Excellent opportunities provided you put in additional hours, rate race at its best. It’s a big organization but direction is stagnant for quite sometime

      Cons

      Too much work politics which hinders the work culture and eventually employee morale. Management needs to prioritize this and provide ample and challenging opportunities

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
