      Sophisticated clients and strong pipeline. Smart colleagues.

      Cons

      Count on Sunday being a full work day, "protected" Saturday's not being respected and no culture (didn't meet any of my colleagues outside the office during my 18 months at the firm).

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
