      Cons

      Tribal departments fighting for resources which leads to situational unbalance Poor promotion structure which leads to exploitative mangers promising promotions but rarely delivering Toxic working culture that expects you to pay for the pleasure of socialising with management outside of working hours or you will receive less visible and rewarding work

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
