1. 4 days on 3 days off schedule option 2. Can take unplanned time off with no explanation 3. 15 mins break every ~2hrs 4. Benefits

Cons

1. Pay 2. Phone calls are back to back 3. System issues 4. Customers 5. The online customer portal is horrible 6. So many things need improvement to make the job easier and to make things easier for the customers 7. Holiday time is not separate from vacation time so you are forced to use your vacation time for holidays 8. Only a 30 minute lunch

Cons

Once you’re in, comp basically plateaus. Layoffs are happening across the board, which tends to be the full-time culture of citi. The vibe is very much “run lean” until something actually breaks, and only then consider adding headcount. You have to be intentional about protecting your work-life balance, because the implicit expectation is that you’re always on—24/7, 365—without the support of a properly staffed team.
