Great culture, the best I've experienced - which ever office you travel to, the people are the same, welcoming, helpful, supportive and friendly. There are a huge variety of careers and opportunities to progress your career. It's a great company to work for!
Cons
It's fast paced, forever changing and growing year on year - that might not be for everyone but personally I think it's exciting and motivating
