Cons

Despite public statements, diversity and inclusion feel more like lip service than genuine priorities. Changes in reporting structures appear designed to artificially improve senior-level diversity figures, while HR itself lacks diversity entirely. The systems in place are severely outdated, with little to no investment in HR technology—resulting in highly manual, inefficient processes. Senior HR leadership is unapproachable and operates within a closed, exclusive circle. Compensation is below market, and while manageable working hours offer some balance, bonuses have been shrinking year after year.

Nonetheless, our ambition is for true and sustained inclusion, and your feedback will help us ensure our messaging aligns with lived experience. You also highlighted frustrations with our legacy HR systems and manual processes. We’ve recently migrated our people system to the cloud and are already piloting AI driven tools to streamline workflow and reduce administrative burden — with the goal of enhancing effi-ciency and employee experience. Your concerns about compensation have also been heard. While our pay and bonuses are designed to reflect company performance and are influenced by market conditions, we are continuously reviewing our compensation framework against internal benchmarks and ex-ternal market data to ensure we remain competitive and fair. Your observations about selective accessibility of senior HR leaders are equally valued.
