The product practically sells itself, great quality, something for everyone, price accessible. In store teams can be fun with high energy, and really great customer building opportunities.
Cons
Upper management plays favorites, and isn't always open to new opinions. Promotion not always based on merit. Tough work/life balance. Open door policy is limited.
