I have been working at Coach full-time

    Pros

Demand a lot and rewards are excellent, good pay and bonus structure, with a strong emphasis on values and teamwork.

    Cons

A relatively new company in Europe so sometimes has the feel of a start up with a fairly high turnover rate and a very reactive rather than proactive environment.

I have been working at Coach full-time

    Pros

Good basic pay, sometimes we have great bonus incentives as well.

    Cons

Some colleagues are too lazy and you have to serve loads customers. It's not fair as when it comes to bonus, it's a team target and some of them could get it effortlessly whilst you do all the hardwork.

    Advice to Management

Try to treat both mandarin and English sales associates fair, it really frustrates mandarin SAs a lot when the supervisor always picks on them.

I worked at Coach full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good salary and employee discount. Working with colleagues like a family! It's an American culture company so you always feel energetic and happy when working.

    Cons

No uniforms provided to the temp employees and no personal commission (It's group commission actually but sometimes it's a little bit hard to hit the target .)

    Advice to Management

Should provide more complete training to new employees

    I worked at Coach part-time

    Pros

I had the most amazing team and managers so I enjoyed going into work everyday. They were encouraging and supported me as I grew as a sales associate and when I looked for possible internships in Coach as well. I was well rewarded for strong sales performance, and the team worked together to boost sales also.

    Cons

Retail hours are always difficult and not very flexible. I was also sad to see my managers let go after we merged with the women's department, especially given their amazing performance and dedication to the company and their jobs.
