    The company value and care about people. The environment is not tense and pressure usually is always manageable.

    Sometimes is just so relaxed it becomes unprofessional. Hard to get things done when there are just a little accountability and fake business happiness.

    head office / management understand if employees need to take emergency holiday,

    No personal commission. But atmosphere is very competitive in terms of selling and arguing about who’s clients who’s.

    Set rules for selling to clients.
    More control over the team
