    Relaxed environment,
    head office / management understand if employees need to take emergency holiday,
    Not strict
    Lovely team members
    Management treat the employees well overall

    Cons

    No personal commission. But atmosphere is very competitive in terms of selling and arguing about who’s clients who’s.

    Advice to Management

    Set rules for selling to clients.
    More control over the team
    More one to ones
    More training
    Using the training we get in store.

    No pro's to this company at all.

    Cons

    Endless - disrespectful, no management structure, poor uniforms, poor incentives/bonus schemes, required to work ridiculous hours and never gain anything in return.

    Advice to Management

    Re-hire all of them. From corporate down to store management team.

    Demand a lot and rewards are excellent, good pay and bonus structure, with a strong emphasis on values and teamwork.

    Cons

    A relatively new company in Europe so sometimes has the feel of a start up with a fairly high turnover rate and a very reactive rather than proactive environment.

    No life balance, everything must be positive purely because no one wants to know the problems

    Remember that you have a life, don't spend all of your time to cover shifts
