Associate - Sales Associate Coach Employee Review

My experience with the management team at my store is inconsistent. Some managers were more than gracious and understanding in most situations, while others treated me worse than if I had been a bug on their shoe. I have never had such low self-esteem in the work force but I attribute that mainly to one manager who, though very experienced, was unfit for her roll as a leader and mentor. I was also lied to repeatedly about promotions and strung along, as well as other associates on the team.
