Cons
Executives full of micro-managers that bully employees if it's not exactly what they want. But they also don't provide any support for new employees for them to learn their jobs. Everybody is tired and burnt out. Both managers and staff keep leaving the organization. Executives feel the need to be involved in everything so they also don't have enough time to be at the meetings they should be at. A lot of management and staff have only been working for less than a year because they hate it so much. They're also slow to replace staff members that leave. Executives can't resist insulting other organizations and organization is hated because of it.
