      Ok training and some of the team are nice

      Cons

      Seriously undervalued, underpaid, over worked, a lot of conditional selling going on. Absolutley avoid at all costs. Awful targets, high expectations for no return. Some awful staff members, rife with racism.

      Very poor commission structure, antiquated systems and duplicitous paperwork - very long hours
