Good - Sales Associate Convergent Employee Review

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Convergent. I had some great managers and the department head for the project I worked on did great with giving incentives. Also, the team was very diverse and I had great training. I left for personal reasons unrelated to the business.

Angry customers were the worst part of my job. Nothing with co-workers or management.

Typical call center environment. Good starter job

Micromanaged and hired a lot of young, immature people. Very high attrition.
