Pros
Flexible working hours. scrum calls starts at 9/9:30PM to 10:30PM. Employees are treated as slaves No hikes, its product based company but salary are below market rate. High level management dont know the meaning of priority, everything is a priority here, should be in unrealistic deadlines. Employee has to support even after office timings , if some process hung up, he need to wake up even its 2AM in the morning.
Cons
Nothing positive except WFH sometimes. Not at all suitable for Indian environment particularly Indian working women.
