I like my work due to my coworkers. There is a team atmosphere and the pay is good. Also like the location.
Cons
They would rather over work their current staff than hire in additional employees. Time off is difficult due to staffing and one person out creates a lot more work for the coworkers. Management doesn't really care and prefers quantity over quality.

Upon reading your feedback I have asked our Regional HR Manager in your area to look into your concerns.
While there are times in our business where employees may be asked to work extended hours to cover workload, Copart staffs its yards based on volume and strives to balance the number of employees with the demands of the business without overstaffing (which would likely result in layoffs as business leveled out) or significantly understaffing (leading to potential burnout as workload surged for extended periods of time).
If you feel you are being treated in an unprofessional manner I would also encourage you to reach out to your GM or Regional HR Manager for assistance.

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.
Cons
My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
