I noticed your comments regarding the pay and benefits offered to our employees and wanted to make sure that, as a full-time employee, you were aware that the company offers a choice of two very high-level of coverage medical plans, in addition to dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; tuition reimbursement, scholarships, 401k, employee stock purchase. We regularly compare our compensation to the market and have continued to provide our employees with higher than market pay increases (even during the past recessionary times).
