Call audits jeopardize your job. I understand the meaning of customer service, however to be made to sound like a robot by one of Copart's sellers us absolutely ridiculous. One seller should not determine if you are going to keep your job. Even if your production is exceptional, you offer to work overtime, and step up when extra assistance is required; the call audits will cause your job to be in jeopardy.
